For ONE WEEKEND ONLY, Oreofe Art Gallery is thrilled to present a display of exclusive and limited edition prints by contemporary artists from across the world. Uniting abstract, figurative, surrealist, photography, pop art, urban, sketch and more, we intend to surpass the traditional expectations and assumptions by bringing the original canvas to modern day print. In transforming our gallery walls, we invite creatives, collectors, art enthusiasts and visitors to explore a carefully selected collection of innovative contemporary art presented on the highest-quality fine art paper bringing each masterpiece to life.

We are thrilled to invite artists from all over the world across various mediums to participate in our upcoming ‘Contemporary Perspectives: The Prints Exhibition’. L'été Parisien, to delight in flourishing nature, warmer temperatures and evening-strolls of our beloved Paris. Upon the success of our first show, Oreofe Art Gallery is thrilled to announce the second edition of the European tour, ‘L'été Parisien: The Contemporary Edition’. This group show unites traditional and modern concepts and expressions of visual art retelling the story of its development through the aesthetics of seasons. As we revisit the significance of contemporary art, it’s culture of creative expression and response to the global environment, we celebrate the seasonal progression from Spring to Summer. Defined by a dynamic combination of materials, methods, disciplines and subjects, this summer collection by artists from around the world, not only sets to commemorate, inspire and educate but at times contest the traditional parameters of visual art. Contemporary art is more than what is created by living artists.

Gifts from The Motherland
OPENING WEDNESDAY 27TH MARCH 2024
We are pleased to announce our next online Artsy exhibition will be 'Gifts from the Motherland' opening Wednesday 27th March. The presence and influence of visual art continues to dominate and inspire the creative realms across the continent of Africa. Through various mediums, contemporary artists of The Motherland hold the intention to educate global communities of its vast intellectual, cultural and political contributions to history whilst fusing their modern day lived experiences. With these artistic intentions at the forefront, this curated collection celebrates the ever-evolving gifts and expressions of contemporary African art whilst highlighting the shortcomings and challenges faced. In a time where across the globe, the yearning for political, social and economic equality is more prevalent than ever, there is an urgency to break down the parameters and unite modern society through the expressions of art. We hone in on the true movement of Contemporary African art across the continent's varied interpretations, geographically, culturally, socially and politically.

The interpretation and experience of what it means to be ‘We Women’ is at times compartmentalized, when needed to be individually understood.
This group show explores each artist’s story beyond the societal perspective and assumption of being a ‘woman’.

Kicking off our European tour, ‘The Contemporary Art Show’ is heading to Lespace 63 @lespace.63 á Paris on Friday 5th April 2024.
Featuring works by artists from across the globe, ‘The CONTEMPORARY ART Show’ is beyond the representation of what is being created today.
This group show unites the traditional and modern concepts and expressions of visual arts retelling the story of its development. The reflection of complex issues that shape our ever-evolving world and it’s societal regard for art. Contemporary art is more than what is created by living artists. It’s the culture of creative expression and response to the global environment which is defined by a dynamic combination of materials, methods, disciplines and subjects all of which at times contest the traditional parameters.
